This property was perfect for our family of four! We stayed July 6-9. It is located on a quieter stretch of gorgeous beach around other low density units and away from the public beach access points. The Condo was tastefully updated and beautifully decorated. The balcony is large with very nice furniture and is a welcome spot to watch the sunrise and check out the turtle tracks from the night before. The beds were clean and comfortable, and provided us all a wonderful night's sleep each night. It is just steps from the beach and the well maintained pool. Our kids loved the boogie boards and beach toys, and we loved the beach loungers and umbrella that were in unit. With its location away from the hotels and public beaches, we either had the beach to ourselves or with just a few nieghbors over 50ft away. Anything you could need food or shopping is just a short drive away. Our family highly recommends this property!
Great spot for a relaxed vacation: In Florida for a softball tournament. Property is just 25 minutes from the Space Coast Stadium. Rooms were fully stocked and had updated kitchen and bathrooms. My teenagers enjoyed the pool and that we were just steps away from the beach. I'd recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxed and friendly environment.
Love staying at this property! WOW... beautiful view, condo was super nice and clean. Tile job was amazing... gave me ideas for my house... Loved being able to chill on the beach or on the balcony and watch the world go by. The pool is a nice touch. You can't beat this place. Not commercial at all so you don't have the nonsense that you would run into down the beach a couple of miles. Great for families!
We just returned from your beautiful condo. I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. The view and location are amazing. The bed and in fact all the furniture is comfortable. The condo has a cozy feel, decorated with a wonderful mix of beach charm and luxury. We noticed and appreciated all the extra touches, baskets placed strategically to hold keys in the hall or cosmetics in the bathroom. All the basic necessities plus more. The condo was stocked with many staples, so we didn't need to get off the plane and immediately shop (life saver).
Additionally the management group and maintenance staff were friendly, prompt and helpful.
We are planning our next stay very soon. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely vacation home with us.
What a wonderful week we've had! Everything was better than we expected! I'm truly sad to have to go home 😔 everything in the condo was very clean, which is a huge priority for me, and the views and the pool are things I dream of in the cold Chicago winters.
Cudos to the grounds keeper/maintenance man, he was always asking if everything was okay, he fixed the broken screen and lock on the balcony door as soon as we inquired about it. He always had pleasant conversations with us and clearly likes his job. Our favorite things to do: we had a barbecue lunch everyday on the grill we spent almost all day either walking on the beach or enjoying the pool and even met few new friends at the pool. Thank you for renting the condo for us, we hope to be able to return some day it was a dream vacation. When I get home I plan on writing a good review [on the Indian harbor Beach Club website.] I know that goes a long way because that's where I looked for reviews.

It is clean, quite, peaceful, safe, well run, comfortable, and in an absolutely beautiful and perfect beachfront location, near all the theme parks, Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and many shopping options, Malls, Publix, and Wal-Mart minutes from Melbourne Airport, and only 1+ hrs from Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Relaxing Vacation: The condo is beautiful and spacious, perfect for a family of 4. We enjoyed long days on the beach. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie board we're conveniently available. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Having an in-condo washer and dryer was definitely an added bonus. Cindy and Lynn were extremely responsive. We hope to return for another stay.
We had a terrific time! We wanted to come down, get away from the city, relax on the beach and we accomplished our goal! We will definitely be back next year!
When we think of the beach, we think of the Indian Harbour Beach Club. Every year, we look forward to our trip there. We know that we will be comfortable and there is always something to do for everyone in that area from Cocoa Beach to Sebastion Inlet – we love it all!
